In a soup pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the soup packet and noodles to the pot. Gently separate the noodles a utensil. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add shredded chicken if desired (optional).
Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro. Serve hot immediately and Enjoy!
Notes
*Noodles: If you're not using GloryLand noodles, you can use any noodles you prefer. Rice noodles or egg noodles are other great options. *Broth: If you're not using GloryLand broth packet, you can swap out for regular chicken broth or vegetable broth. If using regular broth, you can add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 table of Chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper for flavor.
