What Is Crab Rangoon
Crab Rangoon is a popular appetizer commonly found at Chinese-American restaurants. It consists of a crispy, golden fried wonton wrapper filled with a creamy mixture made from crab (usually imitation crab or real crab meat), cream cheese, and seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, and sometimes soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce. The result is a crunchy exterior with a rich and flavorful, soft filling inside.
