Crispy Shrimp Toast Recipe
Shrimp Toast is a popular appetizer where seasoned shrimp paste is sandwiched between two slices of bread, then fried until crispy. Traditionally deep fried, this air fryer version gives you the same crunch texture and rich flavor, without the mess or excess oil.

I had my first shrimp toast in Hong Kong. It is a popular dim sum and Chinese take out dish. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or finger food, shrimp toast is mad with flavorful shrimp paste spread over slices of white bread, then cooked to golden perfection.
Shrimp toast makes the perfect appetizer for parties and gatherings, along with Crab Rangoon, Chinese Egg Rolls, and Shrimp Rice Paper Noodle Rolls (Cheung Fun).
