Ingredients
Air Fryer Salmon Bites
- 1 ½ lb salmon , cut into cubes or big chunks
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
- ½ cup Kewpie Mayo
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- In a bowl, combine salmon chunks, oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until salmon bites are evenly coated.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the salmon is golden brown and crispy. (Different air fryer may have different temperature and cooking time).
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce. In a small bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle bang bang sauce over the cooked salmon bites, or you can dip salmon into the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
