Preheat the oven to 400℉.
In a bowl, combine salmon chunks, oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until salmon bites are evenly coated.
Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the salmon is golden brown and crispy. (Different air fryer may have different temperature and cooking time).
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce. In a small bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle bang bang sauce over the cooked salmon bites, or you can dip salmon into the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
