You’ll Need:
- your favorite dumpling or wonton filling recipe
- 1 pack of dumpling or wonton wrappers
- chicken broth or water
- chili oil (optional)
- green onions, for garnish
In a big bowl, mix your dumpling filling. Then in a mug or ramekin, alternate layers of meat filling and dumpling wrappers. Once you get to the top, add some chicken broth or water to the ramekin then add another dumpling wrapper on top. Steam for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Drizzle chili oil and garnish with green onions on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
