Prepare the marinade: Add Korean pear, 1/4 yellow onion, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, honey, and gochujang into a blender. Blend until smooth
Marinate the beef: In a bowl, add the sliced beef, 1/4 of yellow onion, green onion, and sesame seeds. Pour the prepared marinade into the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Cook the beef: Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large skillet or cooking pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef (in batches if needed) and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle more sesame seeds on top and serve beef bulgogi with rice and veggies. Enjoy!
