Soup Dumplings in Thai Red Curry Sauce

  • Author: ou.christian

Description

This sauce is inspired by my favorite Thai take out dish and it tastes just as good as the restaurant. It is super easy to make and comes together in one pot under 15 minutes!

I used MiLA SOUP DUMPLINGS in this recipe. Use my code CHRISTIAN15 to get 15% OFF!

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium high heat. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken stock and cook until the curry paste dissolves.
  3. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir until combined and bring the sauce to a simmer.
  4. Add frozen soup dumplings to the sauce. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the lid and turn off the heat.
  5. Toss in Thai basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
