I love Thai curry and I also love soup dumplings, so I thought, why not combine them? Thai Red Curry Paste is a vibrant and aromatic blend of spices and herbs that can be found in many Thai dishes. Known for its bold, rich, and spicy profile, this curry paste is a very versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, marinades, or sauces. You can add this Thai red curry sauce to rice, noodles, wontons, or these soup dumplings!

INGREDIENTS:
- Frozen Soup Dumplings
- Neutral Oil
- Thai Red Curry Paste
- Chicken Stock
- Coconut Milk
- Fish Sauce
- Sugar
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Thai Basil Leaves
HOW TO MAKE SOUP DUMPLINGS IN THAI RED CURRY SAUCE:
SAUTE RED CURRY PASTE
In a pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
PREPARE THE SAUCE
Add chicken stock and cook until the curry paste dissolves. Then add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir until combined and bring the sauce to a simmer.
ADD FROZEN SOUP DUMPLINGS AND COOK IN THAI RED CURRY PASTE
Add frozen soup dumplings to the sauce. Don't overcrowd the dumplings. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the lid and turn off the heat.
GARNISH AND SERVE
Toss in Thai basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8-10 Frozen Soup Dumplings, depending on size of the pan
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Thai basil leaves
Instructions
