I always thought that the best way to enjoy soup dumplings is by steaming them. I recently saw this video on Instagram and it blew my mind! So of course I had to try it, but with my spicy miso sauce! This recipe is inspired by the spicy miso ramen I had during a recent trip to Japan. The frozen soup dumplings are cooked and simmered in the umami rich broth.
