To make the perfect dalgona coffee you need to maintain a 1:1:1 ratio of instant coffee, sugar and hot water. Then, everything is whipped into a creamy foam.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 cups milk
- ice
Instructions

Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a mixing bowl.

Using your hand or a hand held mixture, whisk the mixture until stiff peaks form.

Pour your milk of choice into a glass of ice cubes.

Spoon the creamy foam onto the iced milk. Enjoy!
