WHAT IS GOCHUJANG?
Gochujang is a traditional Korean red chili paste, made with gochugaru (Korean chili powder), fermented soybeans, glutinous rice, and salt. It has a deep vibrant red color and a complex flavor profile that is both spicy and slightly sweet.
