HOW TO SERVE CHILI GARLIC SILKEN TOFU?
The reason why I love chili garlic silken tofu is because it can be served both as a hot dish and as a chill dish.
During hot summer months, I would prepare chili garlic silken as a cold side dish. If you prefer to enjoy it cold, simply pour the sauce over the silken tofu. Optional: heat 2 tbsp of oil and pour the sizzling oil over the sauce to bring out the flavors and aroma.
If you prefer hot tofu, just steam the tofu for about 10 minutes. Then pour the sauce and sizzling oil over the tofu, ensuring it is evenly coated. Serve it with steamed rice and enjoy!
