- Rice (sushi rice, white rice, or brown rice)
- Sushi Grade Tuna or Ahi Tuna
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- White Sesame Seeds
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Green Onions
- Seaweed, for garnish

How to Make Tuna Poke
Make the Rice Ahead of Time
Make 1 cup of rice according to package instruction. You can use sushi rice, white rice, or brown rice.
- Step 1: Dice sushi-grade tuna into small cubes.
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
How to Make Wonton Cups
- Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray, then press the wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. For extra crispiness, spray more cooking spray inside each wonton cup.
- Step 4: Bake the wonton wrapper in the oven for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 5 Assemble: Add a spoonful of rice into each wonton cup.
Step 6: Add a spoonful of tuna poke on top of the rice.
How to Serve Tuna Poke Wonton Cups
Garnish with seaweed and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Other optional toppings: ginger slices, edamame, green onions, furikake, fried garlic, fried onions, avocado, salmon roe, or spicy mayo.
