Easy Korean Bulgogi Beef Bowl Recipe
Easy Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowl with marinated beef, rice, and veggies. This dish is quick, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep!

What is Korean Beef Bulgogi?
Bulgogi (불고기) translates to “fire meat” in Korean. Traditionally, it’s thinly sliced beef marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and other spices, then grilled or stir-fried. This Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowl serves up the classic flavors over steamed rice and is often topped with kimchi, pickled veggies, or a soft-boiled egg.
