Description
Frozen soup dumplings cooked in savory sesame peanut sauce. This soup dumpling dish comes together in 15 minutes and requires no steamer!

- 8–12 frozen soup dumplings
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
- few drops of sesame oil
- 1 scallion, chopped (for garnish)
- white sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small pot or pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken stock, sugar, and sesame paste to the pot. Mix everything together and bring the sauce to a simmer.
- Add frozen soup dumplings and cover the pot with a lid. Make sure to leave some space between the dumplings. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the frozen dumplings are cooked through.
- Remove the lid and turn off the heat. Drizzle some sesame oil on top of the dumplings. Garnish with chopped scallion and white sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
