Soup Dumplings in Sesame Peanut Sauce

Description

Frozen soup dumplings cooked in savory sesame peanut sauce. This soup dumpling dish comes together in 15 minutes and requires no steamer!

Instructions

  1. In a small pot or pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
  2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken stock, sugar, and sesame paste to the pot. Mix everything together and bring the sauce to a simmer.
  3. Add frozen soup dumplings and cover the pot with a lid. Make sure to leave some space between the dumplings. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the frozen dumplings are cooked through.
  4. Remove the lid and turn off the heat. Drizzle some sesame oil on top of the dumplings. Garnish with chopped scallion and white sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
