WHAT IS SESAME PEANUT SAUCE?
Sesame peanut sauce is a creamy and flavorful sauce that combines sesame paste, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a touch of sweetness from the sugar. This sauce is super versatile and can be used as sauce for noodles, a marinade for meats, or even dressing for salads. You can make dishes such as this 10 minutes Sesame Noodles, or this easy Cold Sesame Noodles. The nutty richness and creaminess of roasted sesame seeds create a depth of flavor, making sesame peanut sauce a popular element to many Asian dishes.
WHERE CAN I FIND CHINESE SESAME PASTE?
You can find Chinese sesame paste on Amazon, or your local Chinese grocery store. However, if you have peanut allergy, I recommend buying the pure sesame paste.
