- 1 lb beef (flank steak, sirloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Sha Cha sauce, add more if needed
- 5 scallions, chop into 2 inch length
- 5 dried chili

Instructions

- In the same pan, add another 2 tbsp of oil. Add garlic and sa cha sauce and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked beef back to the pan. Then add chopped scallions and dried chili. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the scallions become soft. Taste and add more sa cha sauce if desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with rice or noodles.
