This easy one pot wonton soup features savory wontons and veggies served in an aromatic broth. Light yet flavorful, this comforting soup is perfect for a cozy meal. Done in 15 minutes! (This recipe yields 2 servings)

- 10–12 fresh or frozen wontons (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- bok choy
- Garnish: more chopped green onions and fried shallots

Wonton Soup:
- In a pot, add chicken broth, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, chopped green onions, and fried shallots. Stir to combined and bring it to a boil. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Once the broth is boiling, carefully add the frozen wontons, stirring gently to prevent them from sticking. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the wontons float to the top.
- At the last minute, throw the boy choy into the broth and cook until tender.
- Garnish with more green onions and fried shallots. Serve hot and enjoy!
