Description
These gluten free Tahini brownies are delicious, sweet, and fudgy. They are made without flour, refined sugar, oil, or butter.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Tahini
- 1 ¼ cups maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chip (dark or semi-sweet)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Add unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until smooth and well combined. Then stir or fold in chocolate chip.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the test knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. It’s okay to be slightly underbaked! Once done, take it out of the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Brownies can be stored in an air tight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
