In the past, I've only used Tahini in salad dressing. But recently, I've came across a bunch of recipes that incorporate tahini into baked goods. If you've never had Tahini before, it resembles the aroma and taste of sesame butter. You can use it in hummus, salad dressing, bread, soup, meat, and many more. You can easily find it in any grocery store. My favorite ones are from Trader Joes' and Seed + Mill.
I decided to make brownies with tahini and maple syrup, and oh my goodness, the result was incredible! Definitely one of the best brownies I've ever made! These brownies are sweet, fudgy, and has the perfect amount of chocolate, without the use of flour, oil, refined sugar, or butter. More importantly, they are super easy to make. You can throw all the ingredients in one bowl and make it under 30 minutes!

Love brownies says
We were looking for healthier alternatives (ingredients) to regular brownies and to be honest this taste better than the real thing! It’s so rich and fudgy we made three batches in one week!
