- Wonton Wrapper
- Cooking Spray
- Cream Cheese
- Bacon
- Jalapenos
- Green Onion
- Cheddar Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper (optional)
HOW TO MAKE JALAPENO POPPER WONTON CUPS:
Prepare the Wonton Cups
First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Then spray your muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. For extra crispiness, spray and brush the inside of the wonton cup with more cooking spray.
Bake the wonton wrapper cup for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and set it aside.
Make the Filling
In a big bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon bits, chopped jalapeno, chopped green onion, grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble and Bake the Wonton Cups
Spoon the filling evenly into each pre-baked wonton cups. Then sprinkle with reserved cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and jalapenos. *Reserve some bacon bits, jalapenos and green onions for the toppings.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, or until the cheese filling is warm and melted.
Serve
Remove the wonton cups from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!

- cooking spray
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 3 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
Instructions
