- 12oz spaghettis or any noodles you like
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 15 clove garlic, mined
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles and set them aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir until well combined
- Toss in cooked noodles. Then add grated parmesan cheese and chopped green onions. Mix well and enjoy!
