Ingredients

    • 1 pack of Ramen Noodles of your choice

    • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp Black vinegar

    • 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes

    • 1/2 tsp Chili powder

    • 3 clove garlic, minced

    • 1 Green onion, chopped

    • 2 tbsp Hot oil

    • 1 Egg


Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, chili flaks, chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped onion together.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add hot oil to the sauce and mix until well combined. Be careful when handling hot oil as it may splatter.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add cooked noodles to the chili oil. Stir and mix until noodles are evenly coated.
  4. Add an egg on top and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
