- 1 pack of Ramen Noodles of your choice

- 2 tbsp Soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Black vinegar

- 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes

- 1/2 tsp Chili powder

- 3 clove garlic, minced

- 1 Green onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp Hot oil

- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, chili flaks, chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped onion together.
- In a small saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add hot oil to the sauce and mix until well combined. Be careful when handling hot oil as it may splatter.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add cooked noodles to the chili oil. Stir and mix until noodles are evenly coated.
- Add an egg on top and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
