- Soy sauce
- Black vinegar
- Chili flakes
- Chili powder
- Garlic, minced
- Green onion, chopped
- Hot oil
- Egg

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, black vinegar, chili flakes, chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped green onion together. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Then add hot oil to the sauce and mix until well combined. Be careful when handling hot oil as it may splatter!
COOK NOODLES
Cook your favorite ramen noodles per package instructions. Drain and add the noodles to the sauce. Mix until noodles are evenly coated.
Garnish and Serve
